Dylan Scott's 'This Town's Been Too Good To Us' Jumps To No. 1 On Country Airplay Chart

As he embarks on a headlining tour, multi-Platinum artist Dylan Scott proves to be a powerhouse in country music as his single "This Town's Been Too Good To Us" soars to No. 1 on Billboard's Country Airplay Chart.

"This Town's Been Too Good To Us" marks Scott's sixth career No. 1 and his second of 2025. His collaboration with Dylan Marlowe, "Boys Back Home," claimed the top spot two months ago.

As a result, Scott is currently the fourth most-played artist at Country radio so far this year, behind Morgan Wallen, Post Malone and Jelly Roll. The two hits join his growing list of chart-toppers - "My Girl," "Nobody," "New Truck" and "Can't Have Mine."

Written by Scott alongside John Byron, Ashley Gorley, Taylor Phillips and Ryan Vojtesak, "This Town's Been Too Good To Us" serves as the first single from Scott's recently-announced new album, Easy Does It. The album is due for release on May 30.

"This No. 1 is special to me!" said Scott. "A song about where I grew up and the people I grew up with. To be able to have two songs hit No. 1 in 2025 is crazy! "This Town's Been Too Good To Us" pays homage to Scott's hometown of Bastrop, Louisiana, as he reminisces on the fleeting memories that shaped him. Nods to the small town reflect throughout the 11-track album, tying in themes of heartbreak, committed love and family values.

Scott kicked off his headlining Country Till I Die Tour on Thursday.

Dolly Parton Partners With Good American To Launch Jeans Collection

Dolly Parton has partnered with Good American to launch a limited-edition denim jeans collection, called Dolly's Joleans, named after the country music icon's famous song "Jolene."

The collection is "a little bit of country and a whole lot of glam," according to a press release by Good American.

The denim collection is "adorned with shimmering rhinestones, country glam-inspired details, and more, all of which reflect Dolly's one-of-a-kind essence," said the apparel manufacturing company.

"I've always believed what you wear should make you feel as fabulous as you truly are, and this brand new line, Dolly's Joleans, is all about celebrating individuality with a touch of sparkle," Parton said in a statement. "I'm inspired by Good American's ability to create clothes that make women feel confident and ready to shine!"

Parton told People that she would like to see her goddaughter Miley Cyrus or Sabrina Carpenter rocking the jeans collection.

The Dolly's Joleans collection, priced between $64 and $229, is available in sizes ranging from 00-30, XS-5X for a limited time at Good American stores and online at GoodAmerican.com and nordstrom.com

Riley Green's 'Worst Way' Certified Platinum, 'Don't Mind If I Do' Certified Gold

Riley Green was recently presented with plaques commemorating "Worst Way" as RIAA-certified Platinum and "Don't Mind If I Do" featuring Ella Langley as RIAA-certified Gold.

Written solely by Green and tallying more than 300 million streams to date, "Worst Way" is the singer's fastest growing song and is currently in the Top 20 and climbing. Both solo-penned cuts are featured on Green's latest project, Don't Mind If I Do, which was released in October to widespread critical acclaim.

With these two new certifications, Green adds to his prolific catalogue, including RIAA Platinum Certified tracks, "I Wish Grandpas Never Died," "There Was This Girl," "Different 'Round Here" featuring Luke Combs, "Georgia Time," "When She Comes Home Tonight," and "you look like you love me," with Ella Langley.
